Hotel Don Ernesto is located in a beautiful 74-hectare coffee plantation, the song of the birds will wake you up; you will be able to walk through beautiful private trails and learn everything about coffee. All of their “casitas” are over 30 years old, very recently converted into rooms (because they used to be classrooms for Spanish lessons for foreigners).
