The Immerso Hotel is a new hospitality proposal, born from the passion for Ericeira to be a reference in Portugal. Immerso is also a hotel, immersed in the landscape, in harmony with the land and with stunning views to the sea. For us, the greatest luxury is Nature. But we know how important small details are, a focused and tailored attention, and so we propose an exclusive experience, but at the same time simple, unpretentious and dedicated. A five star Hotel that is integrated in a local fishing community, close to the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, in front of one of the waves of the world surfing reserve and associated to the concepts of mindfulness and foodmind. Committed to sustainable practices, the Immerso Hotel has 37 comfortable and refined rooms, 8 of them communicating, 2 suites, a swimming pool, spa, gym and partnerships with local agents for cultural, adventure and well-being activities. The restaurant concept is developed by Chef Alexandre Silva, repeatedly awarded a Michelin star, where the seasonality of ingredients is respected and where gastronomy and regional products are the focus. The Emme restaurant can be enjoyed in different environments, indoors, on the terrace, in the pool bar and in Emme on fire, an outdoor space in communion with nature, where sharing and conviviality are given priority, with fire being the main protagonist.
