Ximending’s SWIIO HOTEL has become the first flagship for the SWIIO system by creating youthful and promising spaces. SWIIO regards an elegant and high quality life as the most important goal, and creating a comfortable living space is the premise for this motto. Thus they have created a residence for travelers who value exclusive tastes. Designer Fang Xu Zhung (Joe Fang) is the chief designer in charge of the brand vision for the hotel. Guo Zhida is responsible for the interior design and is known for his finesse in film art design. The staff uniform is designed by plain-me, a brand of menswear design known for its matching pieces. The concept of the geometrically shaped white building façade is the brainchild of Tung Hung-Lin CEO (CEO Anderson Tung). The exterior wall is coated with waterproof paint of German STO and serves as an eye-catching beacon of style amongst a sea of densely packed gray buildings. The pure white luster emanating from the building itself tells a story and creates a thought of travel, independent of the surrounding space.
