Magdeleine Mathias Dandine, an 18th century bastide, a few kilometres from the sea, in Provençal soil, between Ste Baume and Garlaban, nestled in a splendid 2 hectare park decorated with plane trees and century-old lime trees where green parakeets nest. The establishment includes various gardens and fountains, a very beautiful swimming pool, a place of relaxation and calm. Located in the dining room, white tablecloths and colourful armchairs or on the terrace under the plane trees, Chef Mathias Dandine will introduce you to a refined and inventive cuisine that highlights local and seasonal products. The house has 20 rooms and suites all furnished in a Provencal style, noble materials such as marble and Salerno tiles decorate the bathrooms, floor tiles and other terracotta tiles adorning the floors like a patchwork. In 2020, the restaurant is awarded one star by the Michelin Guide.
