The Residence sits in a scenic position about just 1,5 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has a total of 9 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool with loungers (open from April to end of September), a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.
