The newly opened Priori Secret Garden hotel (2022) is located in a historic building in Perugia always intended for hospitality, a few steps from Corso Vannucci. The hotel has been recently renovated and is a combination of innovation, historicity, functionality and beauty. All this thanks to a careful study of shapes, a refined selection of materials and respect for the principles of circular economy and environmental sustainability. Many of the existing furnishings have been regenerated and creatively adapted. All electrical and hydraulic design has been designed to achieve maximum energy efficiency. WiFi and smart TV with reserved code available in the rooms are all free of charge. The heart of the hotel is the terrace: an authentic secret garden set among the roofs of medieval Perugia. It is the space that welcomes guests for breakfast, also open to the city for the ritual of aperitif and outdoor evenings in company.
