We remind you that the entries to the room can only be made from 2:00 p.m. If, exceptionally, there is the possibility of entering earlier, we will contact you. Our Physical Reception hours are: Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours we have a Contactless Reception system in place through the Wahtsapp number: 923 26 95 23 (Attended within Reception hours which are from 9:30 to 23:00) To facilitate the registration here you can enter the data of the identity documents of the guests yourself, as well as leave your reservation paid. What if I can't register? No problem. On the same day of arrival you can send us a photograph of the Identity Documents through the Reception WhatsApp (it is a number that complies with all Data Protection protocols). Once we have your information and the room is ready (normally around 2:00 p.m., although if it may be earlier, we will send it to you before) we will send you a WhatsApp with the necessary information so that you can directly access your room.
