The family-friendly ski hotel is situated very close to the main ski lift station leading to the Hintertux glacier. Lanersbach is 8 minutes' drive from the hotel and Mayrhofen, with its train station and many shops, is approximately half an hour's drive away. Innsbruck-Kranebitten airport is roughly 88 km from the ski hotel and Salzburg-W. A. Mozart airport is around 210 km away.
