Situated at more than 1,800 metres above sea level, the quaint Jetwing St Andrews is a beautiful old Tudor country house. It is located in Nuwara Eliya in the centre of Sri Lanka, surrounded by misty mountains, in a region named “Little England” by the planters who settled there. Nuwara Eliya is about 170 km away from Bandaranaike International Airport, a scenic 5-hour drive through breathtaking landscape. This period style hotel exudes the charm of the old world and of times long gone. Guests will feel as if travelling back in time, yet with all the modern comforts and amenities such as free WIFI. The hotel offers a number of activities, including a snooker room with an antique table of more than a hundred years. Guests can play a round of golf at the nearby excellent golf course, just a few steps away. The fine restaurant and the cosy bar make the authentic experience complete. A unique hotel in the mountains of Sri Lanka.
