Galle Fort is a warm and breezy place, some streets bustling in the morning, but the afternoons and evenings are quiet and serene. The Fort is now a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops in Galle Fort. Links to the public transport network are about a 10-minute walk away. This 5-suite boutique hotel was first a college and then a print shop, hence the name of the hotel and its suites - History, Geography, Arts, the Headmaster's, and the Prefect's which are all different in layout and design, but all spectacularly well-designed. This historical hotel was fully renovated in 2009 and welcomes guests in the lobby where 24-hour check-out service is also available.
