For bookings over 5 bedrooms or stays of 5 nights and more, we require a 50% booking fee within 7 days of making your reservation to secure your room/s, this is non-refundable. We have a very well kept lost and found area and we record any findings live on our system, however, the hotel does not accept responsibility for guests lost/misplaced items. We have a frequent bus service into Galway city centre from just outside the hotel.
