The bungalows are situated on Palecohori Beach, only a few metres from the sea. Restaurants and the bus station can be found around 20 metres from the property. The town centre of Adamas is located 9 km away, offering a choice of shopping facilities. There are thermal springs around 1 km away, the ancient church of Zefiria is some 4 km away and the Kalamos volcanic crater is roughly 6 km away. Milos Island National Airport is around 6 km from the complex. This is a small bungalow complex with traditional Cycladic architecture that comprises 2 annexe buildings with a total of 28 rooms. It provides a 24-hour check-out service as well as a café, a bar and a restaurant. A car parking area is also available. All the rooms are simply but traditionally decorated and they are fully equipped with individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a TV, fridge, private bathroom with shower and a veranda. Sun loungers and parasols are available (for a fee) at the hotel and on the nearby sandy beach. A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. Lunch is available à la carte and dinner is offered as a set menu.
