Silan. NOW OPEN. The old Olives by Todd English, located by the Atlantis Casino, has now transition over to a new celebrity chef restaurant called Silan by Chef Alon Shaya. Silan offers a Mediterranean inspired menu serving lunch and dinner daily. - Perch. This November, Mosaic at The Cove will reopen as Perch serving daily à la carte breakfast. The interior space will receive a new look and the restaurant will no longer serve buffet. Exact opening date to be communicated soon.
