This fully renovated Venetian building is located on the western side of Chania's Old Town, just a few metres from the old harbour. It blends perfectly into an attractive neighbourhood of similar restored and decorated Venetian buildings, set along rustic cobbled lanes. It is just some 800 m to the nearest beach. This fully renovated Venetian building is tall, imposing and 600 years old. At the start of the 19th Century, the building was used as a French embassy and it was later inhabited by the great Greek politico, Eleftherios Venizelos. The friendly reception team is happy to offer guests expert advice and recommendations of the most beautiful places to visit in Western Crete. The hotel has a total of 10 beautiful rooms, 2 of which are maisonettes, fully restored and traditionally decorated to provide guests with a truly warm welcome.
