This hotel is located in Sultanahmet, in the heart of Istanbul, a city which has always attracted travellers with its history, its nature, and its archaeological significance. Shops, bars and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, as are the famous Hagia Sophia and the Hippodrome. It is approximately 500 m to the Grand Bazaar, while Taksim Square is some 5 kms away. Guests will reach the airport in about 15 kms. Restored in 2006, a total of 48 rooms are on offer within this traditional building, which still reflects the architectural style of the 19th century. The interiors and decoration have been hand-crafted. In the hotel restaurant guests may enjoy outstanding Turkish and international cuisine in a traditional atmosphere with live music all day long, next to a terrace with views of historically important monuments.
