The standard rooms have lower rates because the balconies overlook to the pedestrian street but are only 19 steps away from the view and the Superior rooms that view the Volcano. Breakfast is served in room daily (or the terraces in the summer with Volcano view), a continental type with local rich additions to help you start the day. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, Internet Tv, and free WiFi, for your connection needs. They provide free coffee and tea and kettle for hot water, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, safe deposit box, bathrobes, slippers, shower amenities. Guests in the summer can use the sister next door luxury sister Hotel Aressana swimming pool at a fee of 25.00 euros per person as of May 2023 and gym at 15.00 euros daily and have a great discount at the Spa area of the premises, a plus to all Theoxenia guests. Also, guests have access to Ifestioni restaurant for a la cart lunch or dinner. Aressana is one minute walking distance away.
