The hotel is located in the city centre of Gothenburg and is just steps away from the Centralstation, Drottningtorget and Brunnsparken wich provides easy access via tram or bus to any other parts of the city. The property is set in the same building as the vibrant shopping hub, Nordstan, which provides plenty of shops and cafés. Other shopping areas such as Kompassen and NK are located nearby, comfortably within walking distance. To keep the children entertained you can find the Trädgårdsföreningen Gardens with Alfons Åberg house two minutes walk from the hotel, as well as both Liseberg Theme Park, Universeum and Världskulturmuseet a short tram ride away in the district of Korsvägen. For evening activities such as restaurants, clubs and bars you have the Avenue only 15 minutes walk from the hotel. You can access most parts of central Gothenburg by foot within about 45 minutes, or make use of the public transport. By using public transport you can also access the sea for a summer dip, or go out on the ferries to explore the nearby islands if you want to see more of the Gothenburg Archipelago. The Hotel was established in 1972 and offers a restaurant, a bar, a small shop, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym and free Wi-Fi. The conference section features 15 bright and newly renovated facilities. All 456 rooms are non-smoking and fitted with modern facilities.
